Welcome, and thanks for visiting! I’m a Montana mama who comes alive in the mountains, kitchen, and saddle. I’m also a writer who enjoys chronicling the adventures experienced with my husband (favorite hunting buddy) and two kiddos (future hunting buddies) both at home and in the field. I believe strongly in prayer, laughter, and eating chocolate for breakfast.

This site is meant to be a virtual hunting camp of sorts—a place where outdoor-loving men and women can connect over photos, recipes, and stories and recommendations from the field.
